November Luncheon: Salavation Army Toy Drive and Holiday Music

Each year BFSRA conducts an unwrapped-toy drive for the Salvation Army Toy Drive.  Ana Avila, Social Services Director, for the local Salvation Army was in attendance to receive this substantial collection brought by members to today's luncheon. Ms Avila reported along with our help the SA was able to deliver over 3,000 toys to needy children last year.

Music was provided by Steve Haberman on the keyboard and singing, Mary Lou Gnoza. Steve and Mary Lou are well-known entertainers here in the Tri-Cities, and they were, at one time, if not more than once, regulars on a jazz-talk radio program.
