To be eligible, your new member needs to complete
the membership form, fill in the sponsor ticket and turn in their membership
form to Don Parks, membership chairperson.
The forms can be turned in at the monthly meetings or sent to Don at:

may be an “active”-still working - or already retired.

member’s name must not be a name already in our membership directory.

Forms must be turned in to BFSRA and not sent
in to the state.
